SEER Stock ("the App") is an internal inventory management app used by shop staff and managers to track stock, requests, and related activity. This page explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and who can access it.
SEER Stock is not a public consumer app. Accounts are created either by a shop manager or by requesting access, and every account must be approved by a manager before it can be used. All users are staff members of the business operating the App.

We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or payment information, and we do not use the App for advertising or ad tracking.
Account and activity data is visible only within the business's own SEER Stock workspace. Managers can see all staff accounts and all inventory activity. Staff can see their own account and requests, plus the shared inventory list. Data is never sold, and is not shared with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account and activity data are kept for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting the business or the shop manager, or by emailing us at the address below.
Data is stored using Firebase's infrastructure and protected by access rules that restrict reads and writes based on your account's role and status. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.
SEER Stock is a workplace tool intended for adult staff members and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
